1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. cooked Minute rice
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Cook broccoli with salt and pepper until tender; drain and put in
casserole dish. Add soup, rice and 1/2 cup grated cheese; mix well.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
