BETH'S BROCCOLI AND CHEESE CASSEROLE

2 lb. bag frozen broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. mayo
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing mix
2 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese

Prepare broccoli; drain well. Mix broccoli, soup, sour cream, mayo,
dressing mix and 1 cup cheese together. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30
minutes. Cover with the other cup of cheese; bake until cheese is
melted and slightly browned.
