CAULIFLOWER EGGS

(Low Carb)

1 head steamed cauliflower
garlic to taste
salt to taste
6 or 12 eggs
1 (8 oz.) bag Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. bacon bits (real)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In muffin pan, layer cauliflower, cheese and
bacon bits; season with garlic and salt. Bake for 15 minutes. Put 1
egg in each muffin cup (12 eggs), or scramble the eggs (6 eggs) and
pour into each muffin cup; it is good either way. Bake an additional
8 minutes.
