1 can whole kernel corn, drained 1 can creamed corn, drained 1 box Jiffy cornmeal mix 1 (8 oz.) sour cream 1/2 c. butter, melted Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, add both cans of corn that have been drained. Mix in melted butter and cornmeal mix; blend in sour cream. Pour mixture into a greased 9 x 9 pan. Bake for 1 hour.
