1 (15 1/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 (14 3/4 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
1 c. sour cream
1 stick butter
1 to 1 1/2 c. mild shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together corn, muffin mix, sour cream and
melted butter in greased casserole dish. Bake 45 minutes, or until
lightly browned. Remove and add cheese. Return to oven for 5 to 10
