2 lb. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
1 chopped onion
Thaw potatoes. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a
greased 9 x 13 casserole pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
