2 lb. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 small onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded cheese
1/4 c. butter, melted
Thaw potatoes. Mix all ingredients, except for 1/4 cup butter and
enough cheese for top of casserole. Place in 9 x 13 pan. Pour 1/4
cup butter over mixed ingredients; sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
