1 (3 lb.) bag hash browns, thawed
3/4 c. butter
12 oz. sour cream
1 to 2 medium onions
2 cans cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Mix all ingredients. Spray 9 x 13 dish with vegetable spray. Put
mixture in pan; cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 30
minutes covered; remove cover and bake additional 30 minutes.
