5 lb. potatoes, peeled, cut up and boiled
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
salt and pepper to taste
Mash the boiled potatoes well; blend in the cream cheese and sour
cream. Add butter and spices to taste. Cover and chill overnight.
Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
