6 large potatoes 1 stick butter 2 Tbsp. flour 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 Tbsp. salt 1 dash paprika 2 c. milk shredded Velveeta cheese Slice potatoes and boil for 10 minutes in large pot. Blend butter and flour over low heat until bubbly. Add seasoning and milk a 1/2 cup at a time; stir constantly. Drain potatoes; pour into casserole dish. Pour sauce over potatoes; top with cheese.
