2 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 c. cornflake crumbs
1/2 c. melted margarine
Mix all ingredients, except crumbs and butter. Put in large
casserole dish. Top with cornflake crumbs; pour melted margarine
over crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
