1 (40 oz.) can sweet potatoes (in syrup), drained 1/3 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 c. milk 1/2 tsp. vanilla Topping: 1/4 c. brown sugar 3 Tbsp. flour 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. vegetable oil 1/3 c. chopped pecans Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 1 1/2-quart casserole with cooking spray. In a large bowl, mash sweet potatoes. Stir in sugar, salt, milk and vanilla into casserole dish. In small bowl, mix all topping ingredients, except pecans, until well blended. Stir in pecans. Sprinkle over sweet potatoes. Bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
