3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 1/2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 stick butter 1 tsp. vanilla Topping: 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. chopped pecans 1/2 c. flour 1/2 stick butter Combine potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, salt, 1/2 stick butter and vanilla. Place in greased casserole dish. Combine brown sugar, pecans and flour; sprinkle over potatoes. Melt 1/2 stick butter; pour over potatoes. Bake 30 minutes in 350 degrees oven.
