1 deep-dish pie crust
3 to 4 fresh tomatoes
2 to 3 c. Cheddar cheese
Place pie crust in pie plate. Layer tomatoes in crust; sprinkle
seasoning salt, basil and oregano on top of each layer. Mix together
cheese and enough mayonnaise to hold cheese together; spread on top
of tomatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
