2 c. flour 1/2 c. shortening 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 c. mashed bananas 1 c. pecans Cream together shortening and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in bananas. Gradually add flour; mix until moistened. Stir in pecans. Pour into greased loaf pan or muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until bread tests done.
