3 ripe bananas
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/3 tsp. salt

Cream butter and sugar. Add bananas; mix well. Add eggs; continue
mixing. Dissolve baking soda in buttermilk; add to banana mixture.
Add flour with salt; fold in nuts. Bake in greased and floured loaf
pans for approximately 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
