nonstick cooking spray
3 eggs, separated
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
3 oz. sour cream
1/8 tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line pan with parchment paper; lightly spray
with nonstick spray. Separate eggs; make sure no yolks get into the
whites. Place the whites in a clean, non greasy bowl. Use a clean
non greasy electric whisk and whip the egg whites and cream of tartar
until stiff. In a separate bowl, combine yolks, sour cream and salt.
Use a spatula and carefully fold the egg whites into yolk mixture.
Spoon 6 large mounds of mixture onto baking sheet; gently press with
spatula. Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
