STRAWBERRY BREAD

3 c. self-rising flour
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. (16 oz.) sliced frozen strawberries, thawed
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix dry ingredients together. Combine eggs,
strawberries and oil; add to dry ingredients. Add pecans. Pour into
2 well-greased and floured loaf pans with wax paper on bottom. Bake
for about 1 hour, or until tests done. Cool in pan for 10 minutes
before turning out.
