BACON CORNBREAD

1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. white cornmeal
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. fried bacon, crumbled

Mix dry ingredients. Add eggs, sour cream and corn; lightly blend.
Stir in bacon. Bake at 400 degrees in a lightly greased 9 x 13 pan for 20
minutes.
