FAT HEAD PIZZA CRUST

1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
3/4 c. almond flour
2 Tbsp. cream cheese
garlic powder to taste
1 egg, beaten

Put Mozzarella and cream cheese in microwave in bowl for 1 minute;
stir and heat another 30 seconds. Stir into beaten egg and flour.
Wet hands and spread dough thin on parchment paper. It should spread
evenly with dough like consistency (if stringy, reheat 20 seconds).
Poke holes to keep from bubbling. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Bake
at 425 degrees for 8 minutes; check for bubbles. Continue baking 10
minutes. Top with favorite pizza topping; bake 10 to 12 more
minutes.
