1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella 3/4 c. almond flour 2 Tbsp. cream cheese, cubed 1 egg garlic powder or mixed herbs parchment paper cookie sheet Mozzarella cheese (for topping) 1 jar pizza sauce favorite toppings Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Put Mozzarella and cream cheese in microwavable bowl; microwave 1 minute. Stir and then heat another 30 seconds; stir. Mix in egg and almond flour. Wet hands and spread thin on parchment paper on a cookie sheet; spread even. Poke holes with a fork to avoid bubbling. Sprinkle with garlic powder and/or mixed herbs. Bake 8 minutes; check for large bubbles. If they appear, poke holes in them with fork. Continue baking for 12 to 14 minutes until slightly brown. Take out; top with sauce, cheese and your favorite toppings. Bake until golden brown and crisp (about 10 minutes).
