1/4 c. hot water
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 Tbsp. yeast
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. shortening
2 c. buttermilk
Mix yeast in hot water. Add all other ingredients. Roll out and cut
out biscuits. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
