LOW-CARB BISCUITS

1 1/2 c. almond flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1/3 c. sour cream
4 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/3 c. shredded cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray cookie sheet. Combine all of dry
ingredients using a fork (helps break up the clumps in the flour).
In separate bowl, combine all wet (except cheese) ingredients; mix
well. Add dry ingredients slowly to wet mixture; add cheese. Spoon
mixture onto cookie sheet (biscuit size). Bake 10 to 12 minutes
until golden brown.
