3 cans biscuits
6 large eggs
1 roll sausage
1 (8 oz.) bag shredded cheese
24 c. muffin pan or 2 (12)
Preheat oven (temperature specified on biscuits). While heating, in
a skillet, brown sausage to make sausage crumbles; drain grease. Set
aside. In large bowl, take the biscuits and pull apart to make
smaller pieces (at least 4 per biscuit). Pour sausage and bag of
cheese into the bowl; mix together. Break eggs and put into mix;
stir. Scoop into muffin pan, filling each cup 3/4 full. Use bake
time from biscuits. Keep an eye on them and bake until golden brown.
