1 1/2 c. oil 3 eggs 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 3 c. flour 1 tsp. soda 3 c. chopped apples Topping: 1 c. brown sugar 1 stick margarine 1/4 c. milk Cake: Mix first four ingredients. Add flour and soda. Fold in chopped apples. Bake in greased tube pan for 55 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees. Topping: Mix all ingredients together; cook for 3 minutes. Pour over warm cake and set for 2 hours.
