1 1/2 c. sugar 2 c. plain flour 1 1/2 tsp. soda 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 3/4 c. oil 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla Mix in the preceding order. Add a few drops of water, 2 diced apples and 1/2 cup pecans. Pour in ungreased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream.
