1 3/4 c. sugar 3 eggs 1 c. oil 2 c. self-rising flour 2 tsp. cinnamon 2 c. thinly sliced apples 1 c. chopped nuts Mix together sugar, eggs and oil. Add flour and cinnamon; mix thoroughly. Add apples and nuts. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, or until done. When cooled, top with powdered sugar.
