5 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. whipping cream
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 stick margarine, melted
3/4 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
Blend cream cheese and sugar; mix well. Add flour; blend. Add
whipping cream; blend. Add eggs 1 at a time and blend on low speed.
Pour into spring-form pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Reduce heat
to 250 degrees; bake an additional 30 minutes.
Crust: Mix well. Press into bottom and sides of spring-form pan.
