CHOCOLATE CHERRY CAKE


Cake:
1 box chocolate fudge cake mix
1 can cherry pie filling

Mix cake mix according to box directions, adding cherry pie filling.
Pour into 13 x 9 cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, or
until inserted toothpick comes out clean; set aside to cool.

Icing:
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Melt butter in small pan; add sugar and mix together. Add milk.
Bring to boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Take off heat; add
vanilla and chocolate chips. Mix until smooth. Pour on cake.
