1/2 c. soft margarine
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk (add 1 tsp. lemon juice to regular milk)
2 1/2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 c. grated zucchini
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
Cream margarine, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk;
beat until well blended. Mix together all dry ingredients; add to
creamed mixture. Beat well. Stir in zucchini with spoon. Pour into
greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan; sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
