1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1 box lemon instant pudding 3/4 c. coffee 4 eggs 1 c. water Icing: 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar juice of 1 lemon Mix together the cake mix, lemon pudding, coffee, eggs and water; blend well. Pour in a greased 8 x 10 pan. Bake at 350 degrees in prepared oven for 1 hour. Icing: Mix together powdered sugar and lemon juice; pour over cake while hot. Heat cake 5 to 10 minutes longer.
