1 c. Bisquick 1 c. sugar, divided 1/2 c. 1/3 c. and 3 Tbsp. cocoa 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 2/3 c. hot water Mix Bisquick, 1/2 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons cocoa, milk and vanilla in a bowl. Spoon evenly into slightly greased slow cooker. Mix 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 cup cocoa and hot water; mix well. Pour over batter in slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
