2 c. self-rising flour 2 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 c. canola oil 1 c. milk 1/4 c. mashed sweetened strawberries 1 small box dry strawberry jello Mix all ingredients. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Icing: 1/2 stick softened butter 3 to 4 c. powdered sugar 1/4 c. mashed sweetened strawberries Mix all until smooth. May need to add more powdered sugar or strawberries for a spreading consistency. Mix well first before you add extra sugar or strawberries. Store in fridge.
