2 c. self-rising flour 2 c. sugar 1 small box dry strawberry jello 4 eggs 1 c. canola oil 1/4 c. mashed sweetened strawberries 1 c. milk 1/2 stick softened margarine 3 to 4 c. powdered sugar 1/4 c. mashed sweetened strawberries Cake: Mix first seven ingredients. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Check for doneness. Cool completely. Icing: Mix softened margarine, powdered sugar and mashed sweetened strawberries. Adding more or less powdered sugar affects consistency and can either be thicker or more runny; depends on your preference. Spread icing over cake. Refrigerate before serving.
