3/4 c. sugar 1 c. self-rising flour 2 Tbsp. cocoa 1/2 c. milk 3 Tbsp. melted butter 1 tsp. vanilla Mix the ingredients. Spread into a 9 x 13 glass baking dish. Topping: 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. cocoa 1 1/2 c. hot water Mix sugars and cocoa together; sprinkle evenly on the first mixture. Pour hot water gently over all. Do not mix.
