1 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
2 c. fresh or canned fruit
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Melt butter in a 9 x 9 baking dish. Blend
flour, baking powder, sugar and milk. Pour batter into dish over
butter. Sprinkle fruit on top of batter. DO NOT STIR! Bake for 1
hour until golden brown.
