2 large cans peaches
1 stick butter
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. On stove top in medium saucepan, drain juice
from cans of peaches. Add 1 cup sugar and butter. Bring to a boil;
simmer for about 10 minutes.
In a bowl, mix 1 cup sugar, flour and milk; stir well. Pour peaches
into a cake pan; spread until even layer. Pour batter mix slowly
over peaches. Bake until crust is golden brown. Serve with ice
cream or Cool Whip on top.
