Filling for 2 Pies: 3 medium apples 1/2 c. sugar 2 Tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 2 pie shells Topping: 1 stick softened butter 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. flour Filling: Slice apples and rest of filling ingredients. Put in an unbaked pie shell. Mix the topping together until a crumble topping appears; add to pies. Place in a brown paper bag; fold to under the bottom of pie. Place pies on a cookie sheet.
