1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
can of apples
Put in saucepan very little water with all ingredients. Let it
get hot; take off stove. Using can biscuits, roll out 1 biscuit at
a time and make a crust. Place about 1 1/2 teaspoons filling in
middle; fold the crust. Take a fork and press around the edge.
Turn over. Using an electric skillet with oil, lay your pie in
skillet. Turn until brown; turn again until other side is brown.
Put on paper towel to drain.
