2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. flour
4 egg yolks
3 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cooked pie shells
4 Tbsp. sugar
4 egg whites
Mix cocoa, sugar and flour together. Add milk, egg yolks and butter.
Cook on High for 5 minutes in a glass bowl. Use a whisk or hand
mixer. Cook until thick, up to 15 to 20 minutes. Remember, 5
minutes at a time and mix good so no lumps in pie filling. Add to
prebaked pie shells. Beat egg whites and sugar together until
meringue appears. Bake at 350 degrees until meringue is brown.
