2 c. sugar 1/2 c. cocoa 1/2 c. flour 4 egg yolks 3 c. milk 1/2 stick butter 1 tsp. vanilla 2 cooked pie shells Meringue: 4 Tbsp. sugar 4 egg whites Mix cocoa, sugar and flour together. Add milk, egg yolks and butter. Cook on High for 5 minutes in a glass bowl. Use a whisk or hand mixer. Cook until thick, up to 15 to 20 minutes. Remember, 5 minutes at a time and mix good so no lumps in pie filling. Add to prebaked pie shells. Beat egg whites and sugar together until meringue appears.
