BUTTERSCOTCH COOKIES

4 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
2 pkg. butterscotch pudding
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. butterscotch chips

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix flour and baking soda; set aside. In
another bowl, cream together the butter, brown and white sugar. Beat
in the instant pudding mix until well blended. Stir in the eggs and
vanilla. Blend in the flour mixture. Stir in the butterscotch
chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 7 to 9 minutes until the edges turn a golden
brown.
