2 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. butter 5 Tbsp. cocoa 1/2 c. evaporated milk 1 c. peanut butter 2 Tbsp. vanilla 3 c. Minute oats Mix together sugar, butter, cocoa and evaporated milk; bring to a rolling boil. Boil for 2 minutes; remove from heat. Add peanut butter, vanilla and oats. Drop spoon size mixture onto wax paper. Cool until hardened.
