2 c. sugar 1/2 c. milk 1 stick butter 1/3 c. cocoa 1 tsp. vanilla 1/3 c. peanut butter 3 c. oats Combine sugar, milk, butter and cocoa in large pan. Bring to a hard boil; reduce heat and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat; add vanilla, peanut butter and oats. Mix until all ingredients are combined well. Spoon onto wax paper.
