2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. moist brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten slightly
1 c. peanut butter
2 tsp. vanilla
Sift flour. Melt butter; add sugar, eggs and peanut butter in a
bowl. Knead in flour to form a smooth dough. Dip out with spoon and
put on cookie sheet (ungreased). Press with fork to make crisscross.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
