1 pkg. almond bark chocolate 1 (16 oz.) jar peanut butter 1 container instant oats parchment paper In large bowl, break up the almond bark. Melt in the microwave in 1 minute intervals until smooth. Add the peanut butter; stir until smooth. May need to heat for an additional minute. Add the oats slowly until mixture is thick. On a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper, spoon drop mixture.
