1 stick butter (soft)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/3 c. plain flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
3/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Mix together butter, sugar and brown sugar; add egg and mix. In
separate bowl, mix together flour, salt and baking soda; add to
butter mixture. Add peanut butter, chocolate chips and vanilla; mix
well. Let dough chill. Make into balls and roll in extra sugar.
Crisscross with a fork. Bake at 375 degrees for 9 to 12 minutes on
ungreased cookie sheet.
