1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. old fashioned oats
2 c. corn flakes
2 c. flour
6 oz. milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugars
together. Add eggs and vanilla; mix. Add flour, baking powder,
baking soda, salt and oats; stir well to combine. Fold in corn
flakes and chocolate chips. Spoon large tablespoonfuls of the dough
onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
