4 c. self-rising flour 4 eggs (room temperature) 2 c. sugar 2 sticks margarine (room temperature) 1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring Cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour gradually; add vanilla. Chill dough a few hours or overnight. Make into small balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Dough can be stored in refrigerator and baked a few at a time. Yields 8 to 10 dozen.
