1 tsp. cinnamon 4 medium apples (any variety) 1 Tbsp. olive oil Preheat the oven to 225 degrees. Grease 2 baking sheets with olive oil. Remove cores from apples. Slice the apples into uniformly thin rings. Place single layer on baking sheets. Sprinkle apple slices with cinnamon. Bake for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, or until desired level of crispness is achieved. (Shorter time = chewy apple rings; longer time = crispy.) Cool on wire rack. Store the Apple Chips in airtight container.
