2 large Golden Delicious apples 2 cans crescent rolls 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 2/3 c. sugar 2 sticks unsalted butter (not margarine) 1/2 (12 oz.) can Mountain Dew Peel and core apples; cut into total of 8 wedges. Roll each apple wedge into a crescent roll triangle. Place each apple wad in a row in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Melt butter and mix sugar and cinnamon together; pour over apple wads. Pour Mountain Dew around edges of apple wads. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
